What has over 60 years of estate agency taught us?

We are in a privileged position of seeing an incredible range of property and people and using that experience to “solve” problems not create them. We are only as good as our last client and believe that “word of mouth” recommendation is the strongest advert any business can wish for.
A little more about us is briefly outlined below.
Hampshire born and bred, over 40 years an agent in Hampshire, Surrey & West Sussex.
I love connecting people to the right house and using my experience to guide everyone through the property maze.

Born, raised and educated in Surrey and Sussex, having a knowledge, passion and empathy for where you live and work is invaluable when matching people with property and vice versa. Over two decades as a country agent from Scotland to Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex it continues to be a privilege to help clients sell and buyers find their perfect home.

Sussex runs in my DNA and with London, Hampshire and West Sussex property experience I enjoy sharing this wonderful part of the world with our many buyers. Brought up with horses Maddy has a unique insight into life from pony club to polo.

A local lass through and through, Amelia brings experience and expert knowledge to our team, she has a keen interest in architecture and design and a wealth of personal experience in renovating houses.

Having lived in London, overseas and anchored family life in Hampshire, Etta brings a practical eye to moving house, balanced with ”out of the box” thinking that springs from wider experience.

Being a country Mum and working in property and the interior design world for almost thirty years has equipped me for the many challenges faced at the coal face of property. Running a home staging business means a well versed understanding of the complexities of moving home.

Firmly rooted at the foot of the Downs having project managed a new build from inception to completion, Jen brings efficiency, practical skills and vision, which combine perfectly with her former professional career as a solicitor. Moving the family from London to West Sussex also means a shared empathy and deep understanding of the reality of such a move with anyone. Nothing fazes her.

Having left the army over 30 years ago I became an estate agent in London before moving to West Sussex.
I worked in Godalming and Haslemere, prior to opening a very successful office in Petersfield. I have therefore a wide experience of the region.
