LOCATION Stancomb Broad Lane is a No Through road off a winding country lane tucked away amongst gently undulating countryside between Medstead and Alresford, part of a timeless rural scene. Stancomb Farm House is well positioned in an elevated position with a lovely mature garden setting and some wonderful views over the adjoining countryside. The garden and grounds are free range heaven for children and there is scope for horses or ponies with a paddock, field shelter and stable block. The local village of Medstead is nearby with a shop/Post Office, pub, Saxon church and more extensive amenities are available nearby at either Alresford, Four Marks or Alton.

The extensive network of local lanes, footpaths and bridleways provide amazing walks and cycling routes, ideal for any country/outdoor enthusiasts, especially the back lane route via Bighton to Alresford. The A31 is nearby which provides good regional transport links between Guildford and Winchester. The M3 lies to the north at Basingstoke where there is also a fast commuter rail service to London Waterloo. There is a good choice of independent and state schools in the region including The Alton School, St Swithun's, Twyford, Perrins (Alresford), Alton Sixth Form College and Peter Symonds at Winchester.
