Both experiences were excellent thanks to the professional and personal approach provided by the whole team, lead by Russell and William.The web may well drive activity these days with Rightmove and On the Market, however the importance of knowledgeable, professional hard working agents should not be overlooked. Russell and William genuinely add value through their detailed approach other agents do not provide. Even whilst we were preparing our planning application and during the build, they would regularly engage with us to offer advice and update us with developments in the local market.
